Non-Disclosure/Non-Circ Contract

These Agreements usually go hand in hand with a Consultant Finders Fee Agreement, but can also be used on their own.  A Non-Disclosure/Non Circumvention is self explanatory.  It is standard practice to sign one of these agreements when dealing with proprietary information or trade secrets that must be kept confidential.   Also, prevents other party from going behind your back to your contacts, etc.
